To search for new business opportunities in local market to deliver sales, through making outbound calls/ visits to describe bank’s products, explain the benefits of these products, in relevance to customer’s needs, and to answer customer’s questions to increase revenues and meet set targets
To professionally handle inbound/outbound calls in terms of (inquiries, complaints, request) in order to maintain customer satisfaction and good image for the bank by providing a prompt, efficient and courteous service to customers.
To constantly attract and enrol new E-Wallets in line with the Digital Sales & Distribution strategy and objectives, using different sales approaches to increase the growth ratio of the wallets portfolio and market share.
Identify process improvement opportunities by utilizing a proven, collaborative, and data-driven approach that confronts business issues and drive improvement through the implementation of process changes.
Assist the team in implementing the daily transactions of the corporate clients and coordinating with the various departments of the bank to ensure top quality service and efficient TAT .
To develop strong knowledge on the corporate industries and being continuously aware of recent market developments and all products and services offered by CIB. Provide the necessary support to the GCR team in offering a premium service quality to the clients in the assigned portfolio, manage and support the client’s daily requests.
